Remove the rind from the watermelon then cut into 1/2-inch slices across.
Use a crinkle cutter (linked in my post) or a knife to cut the watermelon into fry shapes, about 1/2-inch by 2-inches. (or whatever shape you'd like) If not serving right away, place the watermelon in the fridge to keep it cold.
Add the yogurt, strawberries, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the dip into a small bowl.
Serve the watermelon fries with the dip and make sure to keep everything nice and cold.
Notes
Watermelon fries are also delicious with a squeeze of lime juice over top and fresh mint or a sprinkle of tahin seasoning. You can also serve the watermelon with whipped cream or whipped topping as a dip.
